2/8 in their final SGL activity of the year the 2nd grade students conducted their final poster session in front of the 1st grade students, teachers and local community members and organisations. In total 43 groups gave fantastic presentations related to varying issues in the local areas and gave some great insight into the ways and means of improving each of the challenging situations. The student groups each made two presentations and utilized all their experience and skills gained over the last two years during their SGL activities to give outstanding performances. These activities have given the students a wealth of knowledge and some key problem solving skills to help prepare them for their future whether it be at university or in their work lives. They will now focus on becoming 3rdgrade students and will work on their final essays and life after High School whether it be preparation for university or job hunting. We can now look forward to the 1st grade poster session on February 13th.
